I want my pc to start up at a given time on everyday
I have set the time and all
also i have saved it to CMOS
but
the computer doesnt start after that?
Do i have to HIBERNATE / SHUTDOWN?
i have
Gigabyte 945GZM S2

no hibernate, no shutdown. it's a bios function. did you check your system time? did you set all the necessary options in the bios? oh, and btw. the system must be connected to a working power supply (switched on, connected, no master-slave-setup).

on power failure: power ON
is the option you need to set as well in some cases. Don't ask me why.
