Fujitsu Amilo M7400 Bios Update or Hack

Good Day All.

I own a Fujitsu Amilo M7400 Laptop, I have no problems with the laptop wile running Windows XP.

I have since wiped the Hard Drive and installed Windows Vista, vista run's ok, and installs all the hardware fine, but the WiFi will not work as the Fujitsu Amilo M7400 has a WiFi button that is controled via a program called Launch Manger, This program does not seem to want to work under windows vista.

So I need to find out if a newer bios version might help, or if a bios upgrade will not help, if anyone can hack the current bios so that the WiFi says on all the time.
