Need Phoenix NoteBIOS 4.0 Release 6.0 update

Does anyone one know where I can get hold of the the most up to date or suitable update for the Phoenix NoteBIOS 4.0 Release 6.0

This is for my ECS Greann732E model.

Also, how to flash the BIOS with the update/

I suspect it should have been listed here:

But it isn't so most likely there's another brand/model label on there (OEM model). Please reply with that info.
