Hello,

I've bought a Asus A7V266-EX from privat. And it doesn't work Crying or Very sad .The cooler of the CPU and the Power-Cord don't run.But the green led on the board is lighting. The jumperssetting is as default,I do it like the manual says. What can be wrong?I've put a postcode card on the board, but there is no signal. My CPU was a AMD Athlon 700 Mhz with a CollerMaster till AMD XP 2200+,the RAM a Samsung-DDR with 128MB ,a Elsa winner with 8MB,aSeagate HDD with 10 GB 5400 r/pm.
Thanks for helping. Smile
greeting

PSU is not running / PSU fan not running ?
Maybe a wrong connected power button ?
Read the manual which pins the power button pins are and use a screwdriver for power-on .
Does this board have jumper mode or jumperfree or both ? > If both possible both testet ?
Maybe you PSU is dead or wrong inserted power cable (into motherboard)
