Toshiba´s Qosmio - Fan running all the time - Bios edit

Found this wonderful forum.
Now I wonder if someone could help a lonesome Notebook user.
Toshiba said the fan shouldn´t run all the time, but after 15 minutes it kicks in and runs till the end of the world. BTW: the notey is totally cool and NOTHING is running.

It has to be a certain bios setting, cause in the Qosmio player (a mini-linus), the fan runs too.

I wonder if someone could take a look at the bios and perhaps find a thermal-setting or something like that.
