What going with my motherboarde or bios!!!

Operating System Windows XP trying to install

1. First it was No video signal
Fix that, It was Video source input at monitor setting, change it 15-D pin to DVI input
2. booted up go's though post/setup seeing my memory, processors,drives (Hard drive,CD rom,CD burner, DVD)and get keyboard function up this point then Freezes no keyboard function and I don't get Os not found and hear CD rom spinning up then it stops
3. Check scsi connection and jumps they are set properlly (check 3 times)
Still nothing being installed.
4.Checked the memory, seated properlly.
Manufacture of motherboard said the memory is not one of brands that they do not test or not comptable with there motherboards
5. Took out all memory only one memory checked same result freezes after post.
6. turning off the power from the front, not from power supply.
add the next memory then ALL HELL BREAKS LOSE!!
NOW I GET IS REPEATILY GOS THROUGH POSTS OVER AND OVER
OR REBOOTING OVER AND OVER!!
PLEASE HELP!
