Hi,

I need to find the motherboard model numbers and manuals for the following BIOS ID's:

1. 03/21/2001-693A-596-W977-2A6LGG0RC-00
2. 62-1001-001199-00101111-071595-V694V686-GA694006-F

I have searched the internet, the BIOS information websites, hardware discussion forums and the manufacturer's website and have no clues as to the model numbers. Can someone please help me identify these models.

I am a student (computer novice) doing an assignment and do not have access to these motherboards. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks!
Smile

Both Gigabyte, usually Model# and Board Rev printed on the board.
Check between the PCI slots.

Sometimes the model# does appear in the upper half of the post-screen also.
Check for a string saying: GAxxxx

Bye
Thomas

Hi Thomas,

My problem is that I don't have the motherboard.....it is an assignment for a course I'm doing so I don't have access to the hardware and can't look at the board.....

Do you have any other suggestions?

Thanks

1. 2A6LG Via Apollo Pro Plus (692/596) Chipset so obviously you need to find out which Gigabyte board has this chipset Winbond W977 I/O and an Award bios.
2. Gigabyte GA-6VXC7-4X (Google on a distinct part of the string...)

you loose, I won:
1. GA-6VA7+: http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/products/ga6va7+.htm
2. 6VXC7-4X: http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/products/6vxc7_4x.htm
