can i make my hard drive bigger then what it Acutely is? i have a 4.3gig can i change the settings in the bios like cyls, head, precomp, landz, sector and make it bigger? or is there another way to do it with out haveing to buy another one.

No. The harddrive is what it is and there's no way of stretching it. You will have to buy a bigger harddrive if things do no longer fit on this one.
