i type in the right info of my mother board, but cannot find a downloadable link to the info that i type in. this is my info

Time/Tiny computers have stopped to exist. A box mover has bought the name and the domain, there's nothing left there:

However, this bios string is recorded and we know it is a FIC PAG-2130 board rev 1.2 or 1.3. If you need to upgrade the bios, you need the SA412 bios from here:
