Need help for change bios default setting as I wish

I'm a employ a memory manucaturing company and there are different type of MB's and different make. Intel, Abit, Gigabite, Azuse, Elite, Asrock,
MSI, etc..

I need a software to change the Bios default setting as I wish. As a example when we clear the cmos setting 1.44 FDD is enable but I need to change that seting desable although, clear the cmos.

PL help me.

some can, some can't. there's no standard for it.
