I've ran both CPUZ and CPUID to no avail, I did find some useful programs like CTBios to help determine my Bios Number and this is what I got
Award Modular Bios V6.00PG
6/08/2001-8361-8231-IV6LTC01C-00
Also, I did find a couple of website on the net that had the same motherboard I have. Its the Chaintech 7AIVL Mobo with the Via Chipset, however I cant find any drivers or Bios Flash's for it? Am I just not looking in the right place? Help!

It is indeed the Chaintech CT-7AIVL, latest bios I found so far is the
12/10/2002-8361-8231-IV6LTC0lC-00
(note that is a small L in C0lC and not an I or 1).

7aivlc10.exe is what you want further down there in the 7aivl folder
