IBM 2163 (acer v66m) Bios needed v 3.2 V66M3C4 66MEN4K or 4Q

Does any one have IBM Bios Update for IBM Aptiva 2163 (Acer v66m mb) IBM download: v3.2 V66M3C4, 66MEN4K or 66MEN4Q? I want to install a Pentium 3 500mhz chip in this mb, but I think I need either of those Bios to make it regonize it. IBM/Levo does not support this model anymore, and I have searched all over the web for it, but no luck. I tried the v66m_1e2 Bios, and it don't work. I need the IBM download. Any help will be appreciated.

It's not online. I got it in the offline collection (the 66MEN4Q). Check your email.
