Hi, I have a ECS NAFORCE4 A939 MB and updated the bios to the 1.1G after change to a AMD 4800 CPU. But since the update, my computer loads windows XP home very slow, takes more than 5 minutes to complete the start-up process. and also when loading the games such as Flight Simulator takes so looooooong to load. Only using internet and opening folders is fast. Comparing to before, my computer ran much better and faster before updating. It took only about 1 minute to load the windows and half minute to load heavy program such as games. Any you people know what went wrong, Bios, setting, or memory, the manufacture just not being helpful at all.
Thanks a lot

just for your information..i deleted your other two posts with the same question..please read the posting rules.

and now back to your problem: enter the bios and load default settings or performance settings (whatever is available). quit saving. boot windows and make sure to install the latest drivers for your hardware.
