A transformer got knocked out and the power went out, my computer died, when I tried to reboot it, it gave me 2 errors, "CMOS settings wrong" and "CMOS memory wrong". If I hit F2, it will go to the screen saying Windows did not shut down properly, and if I choose to start Windows normally, it locks up right there, if I choose to run the last known configuration that worked, it loads to a black screen, and locks up. I have been having problems with my power/motherboard, like sometimes when I start it up, fans spin very slowly and the computer does not start. I have to push the 20 pin power cord down to get it to start, and if I let go, it shuts off.

If you're lucky then it's only a dead backup battery on your board. Replace it - usually a CR 2032 cell - and restore the Bios settings and your comp may work again.

If boot problems still exist then there might be a hardware failure. Such a behaviour is often caused by bulged/leaking capacitors on your motherboard or in your PSU.
