This is the Bios ID according to Bios Wizard. It says it's a Phoenix Bios 4.0 Revision 6.0 with a Bios date of 07/30/03 and an Intel 2560 Rev 3 chipset.

Can someone help me with identifying the mother board please as I've had to do a full reinstall and some of the features haven't been recognised.

Sussed it!! From what you said I started to think about the jumpers. The numpty who worked on it before me had got them upside down. It now sees a 6.4gb disk.

Now to try and get the OS back on it.

I've a machine here which is a Packard Bell PC running Phoenix Bios 4 release 6. The ID tag is 4M4UE0X3.11A.0003.P03 and the machine is running an Intel Celeron 300. The Bios date is 1998. I looked at the query Nick linked to at motherboard.org and it references Colossus machines. Now this machine I'm working on is a Colossus machine. I didn't mention it as I thought it was a clone and Colossus was just the case name. It seems not.
