Hi i think my motherboard might be ded but am not sure its a 810lmr i have i recently tried to overclock my duron 800 with the pencil trick and it exploded. the chip broke in half. so i have now replaced the processor with duron 1Ghz and a new power supply but when i turn it on nothing happens whatsoever so how can i check if the motherboards dead or is there some way to get it to work again.Nothing works whatsoever no sign of power.

PICS?

With no beeps or any sign of power, I'd say it's a good sign you killed it.

the reply you deleted was to baldrat61's post not yours....

If we can't joke about an exploded Duron what can we joke about .. you people are so uptight deleting a message like that.

Actually, that is one of the main reasons why I do visit this forum, because of it's seriousness..

I'm fedup with giggly joking around forums that basically go around in circles...
