Others can best advise the method for flashing, but:
* The BIN file is the file containing the updated BIOS that needs to be flashed.
* Do not flash from within the Windows GUI interface. Use a Command Prompt boot disk. Reason being that you have a much better chance of an uninterrupted flash process which is necessary to avoid the risk of data corruption.
