Dear Friends ,
I have 2 harddisk one is 3.2gb n other one is 40gb . I try to install 40gb but my bios does not accept 40gb . I have download software from seagate as i have seagate harddisk i installed the software on my 1st harddisk my bios detect the harddisk . Problem is if i try to install any other os such as win 2000 / xp my second hdd goes off and what ever datas are there eliminates . Is there any solution to upgrade my AMI bios without using seagate software .

Check for write protect jumper and/or option in BIOS SETUP. If nothing, try another flash utility.

Ya i got it , how to back up my bios , If i run uniflash bios will be empty . after uniflash which program i have to run .

No...Uniflash is used to write the new BIOS over the old one or to save the old one. Please read the instructions.
