will Gainward GF2 MX400 32 Mt PCI run on my system(PCCHIPS)?

They're cheap and banshee sux ass.
Specs:
Mobo: PCChips TXPRO (ali aladdin IV)
AMD K6-2 500MHz
160megs of ram running @ 83MHz
PCI 2.0 or greater
win98

I tried a GF4 MX, but it didn't run. I thought maybe GF2 would, it's older technology.. If it doesn't work, I'll go with Radeon VE.
