Help! Flash gone wrong!

i flashed my a7n266-vx asus nforce board w/ the bios for a7n266 thinking it would be fine since i couldnt find a vx bios anywhere. but after, when i pressed ctrl alt del, the comp shut down immediately. now when i press the power button, it turns on for like 1/10 of a second and is off again. uhoh. im in trouble. can someone help?

Sony perhaps? You should have known better than to try an original Asus bios on a Sony OEM board...
