Is the BIOS ID from before or after the bad flash ?

before!! now i cant even boot up the computer!! its just long beeps in a loop!! do i have to take loos the chip and programe it somhove or can i fix it some way on the computer... i might have the wrong bios for the motherboard in the chip now so howe do i get the backup or the new bios in to the chip??
