I downloaded the most recent BIOS update file from the ASUS website to add support for more recent CPUs (more recent than my P4, luckily my mobo seems to be Socket 775, yay :p). When I unzip the archive, I am left with the file "GDCV1011.AMI". The extension seems to be pretty interesting, as I can't find any utility to flash this kind of American Megatrends BIOS file with.
I'm pretty much new to this and I would appreciate it if you guys could tell me how to flash using this file or at least point me in the right direction.
Thanks in advance.

If you're talking about ASUS Update, then never mind: that thing sucks.edwin wrote:last entry under bios is one for DOS, under utilies there's one for windows.

But thanks a lot for the DOS utility, hadn't found it on their Belgian site.
