Is it possable to unlock features in a HP D530 bios

Hello

I am not sure where to put this at. but i have a HP D530 SFF, i am not sure of what bios chip is in it, but it has a intel 865G chipset. From what i am told is the mobo is made by ASUS for HP ASUS P4SD LA (i think either a stingray or cobra model)

i was wondering if it was possable to unlock features HP locked down and made them hidden so you cant modify them. like you cant manualy adjust the memory, cant adjust much of anything really. most of its dont automaticly, like memory performance mode, or setting the memory voltage or CL timing. or dont have the ability to set options for AGP modes like AGP fast writes and so on, but it does allow me to set the AGP aprature size.

i just want to get the ability to manually adjust or to set to auto.

of i forgot to say that the bios chip on the mobo says Winbond.
