I've a big pbm with my Acer Aspire 1600LM's bios
I've tried to update that bios and i've use surely the wrong!!!
My laptop is now freezed with blank screen and the Hard disc/DVD Led blinking!!!
Please!!! How can i resolve this pbm???

Hey man, have you solved the BIOS problem with your laptop. Because I have the same model of laptop and same problem.
A BIOS is stored to a device it is called FLASHROM on motherboard.
So, you can fix the BIOS by rewriting the FLASHROM.
And you need a device that can rewrite a flashrom externally.
The device is called 'flashrom programmer'.
So, If you have enough tools and flashrom programmer that is compatible with your flashrom, you can fix your BIOS.
First, you have to find the flashrom exactly, because there are many kind of FLASHROM.
And then you have to consider that you can fix it or not.
Before you decide that, you have to learn about the detailed fixing method.
