There's probably no real bios for it and you should post this at the motherboards.org forums as they have a Compaq tech in the moderators group (Hardware Junkie)

As for a "real" BIOS you most like ly will kill the motherboard if you flash it with an regular BIOS.... Meaning the Compaq BIOS is specifically set up for Compaq. A BIOS flash is not reccomended.

The BWM Motherboard series is a mystery for me. I have no idea what product line it came from.
