I've downloaded a linux distro and upload the files in ISO format on my memory card with usb port.
But when i enter my bios there is no option for booting from usb memory device. While i plugged the usb memorycard into my pc before i started it.

Your USB media card should be listed as removable media IF the bios supports booting from the card reader port in the first place. What make/model is the computer that you are using?
However even after setting it proper in the bios, I'm not sure if it's going to boot. Please see the instructions here on how to make a bootable Linux USB drive:
