What PCI video card is it? Old motherboards sometimes can't handle PCI video cards with > 32 MB of RAM on them. I have an ASUS TX97-XE and it can handle a GeForce 2 MX with 64 MB of RAM (8 chips) but can't handle any other 64 MB video card that has less than 8 chips.

Have the same motherboard at work, and it works fine with a 120 GB HD in it with the P12 BIOS.
