Hey guys thanks for all the good info here. I'm not sure if this is the right spot for my problems but here goes. I am trying to rescue my wife's laptop she purchased from an old employer. it is a thinkpad 600x 2645-4EU with win2k. I doubt it has any upgrades to it, but not sure. Here is my problem....
