40GB: M-tech R540

I have a M-tech R540 motherboard that will not detect a 40 gb drive.

the bios is from http://www.mtiusa.com/

Motherboard is a R540
The bios I downloaded is the R540-006.bin

Please help me patch the bios or find a bios to support the 40 GB Drive.

I can't download that file. Could you email it, or post it somewhere?
Tested patched BIOSes. Untested patched BIOSes.
